Gene Woolley Field
Mid Florida RC Club flies at Gene Woolley Field. This 13 acre field with a 600x100 foot grass runway and covered pavilion provides a great flying experience for all types of flyers. The field is located by Fantasy of Flight.
The field was named after Gene Woolley who was a longtime pilot and RC airplane enthusiast.
Directions: Exit I-4 at the SR-559 exit and go north.
Go right on SR-557A and take your first left on Barfield Raod. The field is approximately 1/4 mile north of SR-557A on Barfield Road.
